You're sure it's a mistake, and you are determined to find a way to get your name back on that nice list, and are prepared to take whatever steps necessary to ensure you don't end up with a sack full of coal this Christmas...

Cancellation Policy

All bookings are non-refundable. However, we know that things don't always go according to plan, so it is possible to reschedule. For rescheduling, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance of your booking. You will be able to reschedule your slot up to 30 days from the original date of the reservation.
