SMOKE AND CARBON MONOXIDE DETECTORS
There are two smart detectors linked to the Nest thermostat system, and four interlinked smoke detectors in the bedrooms and hallway.

The house is non-smoking, so please be aware that smoking could lead to any of these detectors being set off.

In the event of a fire, you will be alerted by the alarms, and we will be alerted remotely. Call 911 and leave the property immediately. We have also provided fire extinguishers around the property, in the kitchen and on the top floor landing, with instructions should these be needed for any minor issues.
